Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item, to contact us for returns. Please contact us at info@virusglass.com for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will refund shipping costs as well as long as the item is in optimal conditions; not broken or damaged in any way.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Tags must still be attached. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you received the wrong item we will cover all shipping charges for returning the wrong item as well as shipping out the correct item.
If you received a damaged item in the packaging, we will ask for pictures of the packaging as well as the damaged frame, but don't worry we will replace your damaged item right away and usually handle the claim ourselves.
If you ordered the wrong item we will happily exchange it for the item you want however we will ask that you cover the extra shipping charges for returning the wrong item as well as the shipping for the new item. We may also charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Please contact us at info@virusglass.com for refunds. We will advise you on the steps you need to take to get your refund. You need to contact us between the first 5-7 days after you received the item. We do not refund any money after 15 days have passed since the purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This will take between 3-5 business days.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
